"I give 3 stars overall, because there was confusion over pick up at Luton Airport. I thought meet and greet meant meeting with a sign in the foyer. He eventually rang, but I couldn't hear, so he sent me a text to go to the area away from the terminal. I got there and there were loads of different pick up areas. I texted him to say I was randomly standing in area E and then he drove over to pick me. The driver himself was a nice guy"
